SN Zettle POS for Odoo Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Neatapps OOD ("Company," "we," or "us") governing your use of the SN Zettle POS for Odoo application (the "App") and related services provided by the Company. a. The App is designed to integrate Zettle's SDK with Odoo, allowing users to manage their point-of-sale operations.
b. You may only use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access codes associated with your Odoo account, Zettle account. and App configuration.
3. Subscription and In-App Purchases
a. The App may offer subscription plans for additional features or services beyond the basic functionality available for free.
b. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set forth in the App.
c. In-app purchases, such as the scanner for use with Odoo, may be available for purchase within the App. These purchases are subject to additional terms and conditions.
4. Account Information
a. You acknowledge that we track your account by your Odoo domain and generate a unique deviceId for each device.
b. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your Odoo domain, to enable proper functioning of the App.
5. Notifications
a. We may send notifications to your registered email address regarding updates to the Odoo module, App features, or other information relevant to the App's functioning.
b. You may opt out of receiving non-essential notifications by opting out during email verification, by contacting us at support@neatapps.io if you have opted in or clicking the unsubscribe link on the notificaiton.
6. App Analytics Information Collection
We may employ third-party analytics services within the SN Zettle POS for Odoo application to gather and analyze data about app usage patterns, user interactions, and performance metrics. This may include, but is not limited to, information about app installations, feature usage, session durations, and device types.
By using the SN Zettle POS for Odoo application, you consent to the collection and processing of analytics information for the purpose of improving app functionality, enhancing user experience, and informing future development efforts. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of this analytics information collection policy.
7. Intellectual Property
a. The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned or licensed by the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App or any portion thereof without our prior written consent.

SN Reports Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Neatapps OOD ("Company," "we," or "us") governing your use of the SN Reports application (the "App") and related services provided by the Company. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions provided by third-party services integrated with the App, including but not limited to Odoo.
2. Use of the App
a. The App is designed to allow you to view, manipulate, restructure and change your data in your Odoo instances.
b. You may only use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentialsm access codes and the distribution of access rights to users associated with your Odoo account, App account and any other account created.
d. Our app operates with the data on Your Odoo server/account and is visualised trough our app. We may use of the data on your server for our app to function such as tables that are created for the app its self, tables that extend the functionalities to existing tables and your databases schema information which is nessesary for saving your users configuration files. The information we use is mainly intended for these functions but not limited to them due to possible functionality extension in the future. We do not take any responsability for data loss, data leaks or anything else related to your data.
3. Subscription and In-App Purchases
a. The App may offer subscription plans for additional features or services beyond the basic functionality available for free.
b. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set forth in the App.
c. In-app purchases, such as adding more users, may be available for purchase within the App. These purchases are subject to additional terms and conditions.
4. Account Information
a. You acknowledge that we track your account by your Odoo domain, SN Reports account and other personally or not personally identifiable information to generate a unique deviceId for each device and other information necessary for our app to operate.
b. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your Odoo domain and other personally or not personally identifiable information, to enable proper functioning of the App.

a. We may send notifications to your registered email address regarding updates to the Odoo module, App features, or other information relevant to the App's functioning.
